LED panel lighting communication with delay feedback control for high data rate downlink transmission

In this paper we propose a high data rate transmission in applying a delay feedback control to LED panel lighting communication system. The performance degradation in LED panel lighting communication is mainly ISI (Inter-symbol Interference), which occurred on a backbone wiring and wireless optical channel. To show the performance improvement of the proposed method, the simulation results are compared with other two methods. As a result, a delay feedback method in LED panel lighting communication system makes it possible that a high data transmission up to 800 [Mbps] without power line delay, and 400 [Mbps] with a power line delay can be implemented without an equalizer.
