5. Conclusion In this paper, the spatial sensitivity profiles for the intensity, amplitude, modulation, and phase in the frequency domain measurements are predicted by Monte Carlo algorithm. Since the spatial sensitivity profiles are change by the measurement types and modulation frequencies it is very important to choose proper measurement types and modulation frequency for the frequency domain measurements.
