We demonstrate a high-power blue InGaN diode laser pumped passively Q-switching of a Pr<sup>3+</sup>:LiYF<inf>4</inf> laser with a Cr<sup>4+</sup>:YAG saturable absorber and its intracavity SHG at 320-nm deep UV. Under high power pumping, the repetition rate reaches to 787 kHz with a pulse width of 74 ns.
