N2 - Photonic crystal resonant tunneling filters have been demonstrated using ultrahigh-Q nanocavities (theoretical: 105-108, experimental: 105-106) realized by the local width modulation of a line-defect. Channel drop operation of multi-port resonant tunneling filters is also demonstrated.
