Strong MoS2 photoluminescence on graphene for coupling with silica microcavity

    We transferred monolayer MoS2 to various substrates and evaluated its optical property by photoluminescence intensity. The study revealed that a graphene substrate is adequate when using MoS2 as a cavity-QED material.
