The dependence of MAR on the plasma temperature near the divertor target is investigated by using the collisional-radiative model including the transport processes for plasma and neutral species, and the formation of neutral particles on the divertor target. In the model of the recycling process, the divertor region is divided into two regions, namely, the region 1 with the high plasma temperature of 10 eV and the region 2 with the low plasma temperature of 0.5 - 3 eV. It is shown that MAR hardly contributes to plasma recombination in the plasma temperature range of the region 2. This result supports the tokamak experimental results. The reasons for the small contributions of MAR to plasma recombination are the small ratio of nH2/ne and the re-ionization of the excited atoms.
