Ureteral carcinoma found by spontaneous peripelvic extravasation: A case report

抄録

A case of ureteral carcinoma found by spontaneous peripelvic extravasation is reported. A 75-year-old woman presented with right back pain. Abdominal computed tomographic (CT) scan showed right hydronephrosis with extravasation of urine around renal pelvis. Retrograde pyelogram (RP) was performed and showed the filling defect in the right lower ureter. Under diagnosis of ureteral tumor, right nephroureterectomy was performed. Histological finding revealed urothelial carcinoma, G2>G3, pT3, INFβ, ew0, ly1, v0. After operation, she was free from recurrence during 2 months.
