N2 - When operating on patients with type B aortic dissection, the preoperative hemodynamics and malperfusion of visceral organs should be considered. We report a 70-year-old man with dissecting distal arch aneurysm following type B aortic dissection, whose celiac artery arose from a false lumen and who was successfully treated with total arch replacement and ascending graft-celiac artery bypass.
